The group Management Committee
A Group Management Committee, made up of nine members, is notably responsible
for the implementation of the Group’s transformation programs and strategy, and
monitors its operational and financial performance.
Didier Lombard was appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer by the Board of Directors on February 27, 2005. In this capacity, Mr. Lombard is responsible for the general management of France Telecom. The Board of Directors has chosen not to appoint a Deputy Chief Executive Officer.
